Refund Policy

At Texan Pharmacy, our priority is your satisfaction and safety. Due to the nature of prescription medications and healthcare products, we follow strict federal and state regulations to ensure patient safety. This Refund Policy outlines our practices for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  1. Prescription Medications

In accordance with federal law, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once they have been dispensed. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our pharmaceutical products.

Exceptions may include:

  • Dispensing errors made by Texan Pharmacy
  • Medications damaged in transit (requires prompt photographic evidence)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your medication for resolution.

  1. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products

Unopened, unused, and undamaged OTC items may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging with a valid receipt.

Non-returnable OTC items include:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal hygiene items
  1. Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Returns for DME are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In unused condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for certain DME products unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or reject the return based on the condition
  • Notify you via phone or email
  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (if approved)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
